10-Property Guarantee

The 10-Property Guarantee applies to qualified buyers who are actively searching and working exclusively with Scott Gardner under a signed buyer-broker agreement. A “showing” is defined as an in-person tour of a property that reasonably fits the buyer’s stated criteria. The Guarantee is valid for 90 days from the start date of the agreement, and cancellation must be requested in writing. Buyers must demonstrate financial readiness to close. This Guarantee does not obligate Scott Gardner or any Sterling Real Estate agent to show 10 properties. Scott Gardner reserves the right to terminate agreements that are not in the best interest of Sterling Commercial.
